44-18 AN ACT TO UPDATE THE MSA EXECUTIVE BRANCH BYLAWS

(B) Upon the ascendancy of the Vice-President to the Presidency, the new President shall appoint a Vice-President after a period of open petitioning, not less than four days, but not exceeding ten, and subject to Senate confirmation.
